It all started when…

I adore a good story. Even better a picture that holds a story.. a fairy tale, a myth, a landscape that shows the sheer magic of the world we are so lucky to be guests of. I grew up with a healthy dose of exploring, camping, music, travelling, storytelling and lots of art. Many a crayon sketch made in the back seat of the car as my family made our way cross country.

My paintings and sketchbooks are my portal to access those other worlds, relive and reimagine some of my favourite wild places and cozy spaces. Much of my sketchbook time at the moment is spent with my own little one fielding requests for dogs, T‘saurus, stars, faces of our family and the odd carrot that she can scribble over… although there are lots of dreams and ideas that I look forward to sharing here!
